Harry danced the night away during his one-off “One night only” show at the Co-op Live in Manchester, after lucky fans managed to secure £20 tickets to this exclusive event. The Special performance is now available to stream on Netflix from the 8th of March, allowing audiences around the world to watch the show.

Harry Edward Styles is an English singer and actor whose musical career began in 2010 as a part of the band One Direction, formed during Uk talent show X Factor. The band soon rose to international fame. After the band went on hiatus in 2016, Styles started his solo career and released his debut solo album, Harry Styles 1, featuring its lead single “Sign of the times” Since then, Harry has broken several records, has six BRIT Awards and three Grammy awards, proving him one of the most influential pop artists of all time.

The performance celebrated the release of his new fourth album, Kiss all the time, Disco Occasionally, which came out on the 6th of March this year, and has already been a major success, with fans already singing the songs back to him.

The night was filled with music, passion and emotion. He even mentioned how this would be the only time he performs the album top to bottom.  After singing the albums new tracks, he pretended to end the show before returning to the stage for an encore of some older, yet classic songs of his, which he called “Golden Oldies” Songs such as, As it was, Golden, Watermelon sugar and he even performed “From the dining table” featuring on his first ever debut album which got crowds very excited after not hearing the song live since a show in Los Angeles in 2018. The concert documentary featured behind-the-scenes, appreciation for his band, Drummer Sarah Jones and Guitarist Mitch Rowland have been with Styles from the very start, so you can tell he likes sharing these moments with them.

I spoke to fan Emily Holmes, who attended the concert, about her experience. “It was beautiful to be in such a venue with such a large community that was all there to celebrate Harry”, just showing how much he and this event really mean to his fans.

Styles expressed how meaningful the night was to him, especially after finishing his “Love on tour” back in July 2023, speaking to the audience, Harry thanked fans for their continuous stream of support and the sense of community that has been built because of him “Stepping back into this room with you, I know exactly why I’m here, thank you so much”

This concert had a no-camera policy. Fans were not allowed to film or take any photos during the show so that everybody could enjoy it in the moment. Instead, it was professionally captured and then obviously released on Netflix. This really stands out as no artist usually does this, and he wanted to make it fair for others, so no one would miss out.

The event was incredibly successful, and once again, Harry Styles proved to us why he is a musician. This performance has now built more excitement for his upcoming “Together, together” tour beginning May 16th in Amsterdam. UK fans are also eager to see his record-breaking 12-night run at Wembley Stadium in June.
